  • Materials: Course content including videos, PDFs, presets, and other digital assets provided by Make Cute Videos.

2. Eligibility

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are one-time and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or cancellations.
  • Course payment is a one-time fee processed via PayPal or Stripe.
  • All prices are stated in USD $ and may include applicable taxes. Any tax obligations related to the purchase are the responsibility of the User.
  • Make Cute Videos reserves the right to change pricing or fees at any time, but changes will not affect previous purchases.

5. User Conduct and Slack Group

  • Users must behave respectfully in the Slack community.
  • Make Cute Videos reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course, Slack group, and related services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, unauthorized sharing of course materials, abusive behavior, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Course materials will immediately cease, and no refunds will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course content, materials, and trademarks belong to Make Cute Videos or its licensors, including Maiazine LDA.
  • Violations of intellectual property rights (e.g., unauthorized sharing) may result in immediate suspension, a cease and desist notice, legal action, and cooperation with payment processors or hosting providers to enforce rights.

  • As part of your course purchase, you are granted optional access to a private Slack group. This access is offered as a bonus and is not considered part of the core course product. Your use of Slack is governed by Slack’s Terms of Service.
  • We are not responsible for any downtime, outages, data loss, or technical issues related to Slack. Additionally, we are not liable for the content, messages, or conduct of other users within the Slack group. Please use discretion when sharing personal or sensitive information.

11. Third-Party Content and Links

  • Some course materials include links to external websites offering free plugins, presets, LUTs, or other assets created by third parties. These resources are provided for your convenience only.
